The 5 steps

No magic, no big-bang cutover.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Day 1-3

We meet onsite, walk every closet, every desk, every camera. We pull your last 12 months of invoices: print supplies, phone bill, ISP, M365 / Google, security tooling. No NDA gymnastics — we sign yours.

    • Site inventory
    • Vendor consolidation map
    • Risk register
  2. 02

    Proposal

    Day 4-10

Within two weeks of the walk, you get a written proposal: what we'd replace, what we'd keep, what we'd absorb. Line items match your current bills 1:1 so you can do the math yourself.

    • Itemized quote
    • Net monthly delta
    • Migration timeline
  3. 03

    Onboarding

    Day 11-30

We stand up the dashboard, enroll your existing devices (yes, even non-Xerox), ship new hardware, train your staff in their language. We do not start billing until everything is green.

    • Dashboard access
    • Asset register
    • Staff training (EN/ES)
  4. 04

    Steady state

    Day 31+

One invoice. One dispatch number. Quarterly reviews with named engineers, not a faceless account manager. We measure ourselves against the SLA we wrote and publish it on your dashboard.

    • Single monthly invoice
    • Quarterly review deck
    • Public SLA dashboard
  5. 05

    Growth

    As you scale

Open a new clinic, hire 50 engineers, add a warehouse — we already know your stack. No vendor onboarding, no re-issuing badges, no re-quoting baselines. Capacity follows the contract.

    • Site-add module
    • Pre-staged inventory
    • 30-day site bring-up
How we operate

Four principles every ticket gets measured against.

We don't sell what we wouldn't run.

Every device, network gear, and SaaS in our stack also runs our own office. If we wouldn't sleep with it in production, we won't put it in yours.

The SLA is the contract.

When same-day onsite is committed, the ticket pages our oncall the moment the window starts closing. The SLA on the contract is what we measure ourselves against — no portal forms, no calling to ask.

Bilingual at every touchpoint.

Helpdesk, field techs, account engineers, training materials. EN and ES at the same SLA. Your office isn't translated — it's natively supported.

One throat to choke.

Print, phones, network, cameras, cloud, security — same dispatch number. When something breaks at 7am, you call one person. We figure out which stack it is.

Start with a walk

Two hours onsite. We bring the clipboard.

No quote yet, no pressure. We walk the building, take the inventory, look at your last 12 months of vendor bills. Proposal lands in your inbox a week later.
